In 1976, José Alavés Alcantara began his career as an upholsterer, shaping his first work with his hands, attentive eyes, and the dedication that would later become the pillars of a family business.
That way of understanding work—where precision was combined with care for every detail—marked the origin of everything.
Over the years, that philosophy evolved into ALAVÉS Innovation, a company that combines engineering, design, and in-house manufacturing to offer hospitality solutions internationally.
What began in a small workshop today drives projects that transform the way major events around the world are experienced.
Almost five decades later, we remain true to the same essence with which it all began: Creating with Love.
